Previously approved plans are sourced and updated to match existing onsite conditions. Plans are then submitted to council, and the process driven through to plan approval.

Approval is required from the heritage council when the work will affect structures that are older than 60 years of age.

Building work needs to be done in compliance with the energy efficiency requirements of SANS 10400 Part XA.
